Bad Ass Steak Tuley Style
4 8-ounce filet or rib steaks (beef or game)
OR 4 8-ounce duck or pheasant breasts
OR 4 8-ounce meaty fish steak such as tuna or swordfish
1 cup Tuley Brothers Bad Ass Marinade
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Place meat and marinade in a zipper bag and refrigerate overnight, turning at least once. Preheat grill to high. Lightly pat meat dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
2. Grill meat for 5-7 minutes, until the bottom is brown. Turn and sear the other side.
3. Push the coals to one side of the grill and place the meat on the cooler side. Cover loosely with foil and finish slowly, until the meat is done to your liking. Thicker cuts will take longer.
